Program Coverages (General Overview)

The beauty of the Premium 2000+™ Warranty Programs is in the versatility. You can mix and match the options so that the Program is customized to your needs.

• Classes 3-4

  • 12 month/35,000 miles
  • 24 month/70,000 miles
  • Eligible Trucks: 2001 or newer/up to 175,000 Miles

• Classes 5-7

  • 12 month/50,000 miles
  • 24 month/100,000 miles
  • Eligible Trucks: 2001 or newer/up to 250,000 Miles

• Class 8

  • 12 month/100,000 miles
  • 18 month/150,000 miles
  • 24 months/200,000 miles
  • Eligible Trucks: 2001 or newer with miles under 900,000 miles

• Class 8
  Pinnacle Program

  • 36 months/ up to one million miles
  • Eligible Trucks: 2005 or newer/miles 650,000 or less

WRAP allows you to put one of our warranties on a truck with an existing qualified warranty and our warranty will begin when the existing warranty runs out. Seamless to you.

Turbo, Injector, and Water Pump coverage available for 1st 12 months and corresponding mileage of the Class coverage you select.

Engine:

Internally lubricated hard parts limited to pistons, piston rings, wrist pins, connecting rods, connecting rod bearings, crankshaft, main bearings, camshaft and cam bearings, cam followers, rocker arms shafts, pushrods, hydraulic lifters, intake and exhaust valves, valve springs, valve guides, oil pump and pick up screen, timing chain and gears, timing chain tensioner(s). The engine block, cylinder head(s), timing case cover, oil pan, valve covers and intake manifold are covered if and only if damaged by the failure of a covered component. Damage resulting from failures by related components but not limited to: Seals and Gaskets, radiators, coolers and cooler lines, water pump, thermostat, motor mounts, fuel pump, fuel injectors, fuel injection pump and nozzles or electronic control devices are not covered. Cylinder liners are considered an integral part of the block and are covered only if damaged by a covered component.

Transmission:

Internally lubricated hard parts of the Manual or Automatic transmission including shaft(s), gear sets, shift forks, synchronizers, blockers, bearings, bushings, oil pump, valve body, torque converter, governor, bands, drums, gear sets, bearings, bushings and thrust washers. The transmission case is covered only if damaged by a covered component. Required Seals and Gasket to complete covered repairs. Damage resulting from the failures of related components but not limited to: Seals and Gaskets, electronic controls, shift levers, linkage, radiators, mounts, external oil coolers and lines, manual transmission clutch-disc, pressure plate, throwout bearing, pilot bearing, hydraulic clutch master and slave cylinder(s) are not covered.

Differential:

Internally lubricated hard parts including carrier case, gear sets, bearings, bushings, axle shafts, limited slip clutchpack. Required Seals and Gaskets to complete covered repairs. The differential housing is covered only if damaged by a covered component. Damage resulting from the failures of related components but not limited to: Seals and Gaskets, electronic controls, shift levers, linkage, radiators, mounts, external oil coolers and lines are not covered.

Turbochargers & Complete Injectors:

Does not include: wiring harnesses, wastegates, oil or fuel lines, charge air cooler and duct work, injector seals, cups or tubes, EGR valves, linkages, V-Pod, actuators, vacuum controls or electric controls.

Water Pump:

A Water Pump failure is limited to repair or replacement of the water pump unit only, no progressive damage is covered.

Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF):

The DPF (filter only) and the labor to remove and replace it is covered.

Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve(s):

The EGR Valve (valve component only) and the labor to remove and replace it is covered. EGR cooler(s), cooler lines and other related componentry is not covered.
